Park it right outside the door, in one of the bike racks.
Navigate to Fort Krayenhoff 1 and drive on from there to the car park. No spot? Paid parking is available on Havenweg (a 5-minute walk via the Waalbandijk or Waalhaven), at the Oude Stad car park (a 10-minute walk), or in the Waterkwartier neighbourhood.

From Nijmegen Central Station, you can reach the Honig by bus in ten minutes. Take Line 85 (Druten), Line 5 (Beuningen Tiberiuslaan/Aalsterveld), or Line 3 (Oosterhout Dorp) and get off at the Havenweg bus stop. It’s a 10-minute bike ride on a public transit bike or a 15-minute walk.
